Bergen Community College to Host Free Customer Service Seminar


The Bergen Community College Center for Business and Industry, in partnership with the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board, is hosting a free business seminar on Customer Service—led by Rita Williams-Bogar, President and CEO of Personal Development Solutions, LLC—on Friday, May 11, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at the Moses Family Meeting and Training Center (TEC-128) at Bergen Community College, 400 Paramus Rd., Paramus, NJ. Her presentation will provide the tools needed to help participants identify their customers, enhance interpersonal communications and deliver exceptional service to meet their client’s needs. A graduate of Bryant University (B.S.) and Walden University (M.B.A.), Ms. Williams-Bogar is an instructor for Bergen Community College’s Center for Business and Industry and is also Lead Faculty for Walden University’s Undergraduate Human Resources and Knowledge Management/Organizational Learning concentrations.

The Center for Business and Industry is part of the Division of Continuing Education at Bergen Community College. It offers a wide range of professional development courses, certificate programs, personal enrichment classes, and specialized training for business and industry.
