“Healthy Bones” is a 24 week exercise and education program that can help you keep your bones in top shape. It combines weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises to teach you what you need to know to build strong bones, improve posture and promote balance. The “Healthy Bones Program” is free, sponsored by the Paramus Board of Health and open to residents of Paramus. Classes begin in September and are held weekly; pre-registration is necessary.
