Bobby Flay's Bobby's Burger Palace™(BBP) a winner!

Bobby Flay's BBP
www.ParamusPost.com re-visited Bobby Flay's BBP at lunchtime for a burger. It was a good thing that I arrived before noon, because in the short time I was there, the seats were almost filled and there was a long line at the order counter. According to their system, one enters and selects one of two lines: To Eat Here & To Go. I was going to eat there!

I shyly asked my Host if I could get a plain burger, one without cheese. She assured me it would be no problem. The burger and a Boylan's Root Beer + tax came to $9.05. I received a number tepee to put on the table, given the Root Beer and asked to select a seat, the burger would be brought to me.

While I was waiting, the fries looked good so I asked one of the servers if I could add them to my order. She said yes, but I would have to go back on the line (that was now growing very long) and order them. Seeing the look on my face, she offered to order them for me, just give her the money. I thought that was a terrific offer and took her up on it. She came back with another tepee!

The burger arrived and it was a plain burger, not even the tomato and red onion to accompany it. Well, I did order a plain burger! It was delicious! Absolutely delicious. The burger was terrific as were the fries which came with BBP fry sauce. The juices from the burger ran down my hand and were quite warm.

When General Manager Dean Perna stopped by to check that everything was okay, I recognized him from Tuesday's grand opening and we chatted about that before he went back to his now hectic restaurant activities.

Available are: gift cards, t-shirts, BBP sauces and rub. For further information access:  www.bobbysburgerpalace.com

The restaurant is located at 610 Bergen Town Center, adjacent to the main entrance. A must place to visit, you will extol their burgers!

My wife and i visited BBP in Paramus a few weeks ago.......so here are my thoughts. My wife ordered a Topless Burger mixed green salad with a napa valley burger on top it has GOAT goat cheese/watercress/meyer lemon mayo, she also ordered onion rings/pistachio shake.I ordered a Bobby Blue that has bacon and blue cheese lettuce, tomato also ordered  fries/coconut shake.I would just like to say i have been to stand/brgr/the burger joint at the meridian hotel/shake shack/5 napkin and a slew of other places in nyc and around the country.this place was very dissapointing,it was OK at best and nothing more! My wife's salad had barley a small handful of mixed greens on the plate with a burger that didn't have much flavor.Onion rings were ok fries were ok, i don't mind paying $5.00 for a shake but it better be great quality go to Stand or BRGR in the city and you will know what i am talkin about. I had the bobby blue burger and again no flavor!! The blue cheese had miniminal blue cheese flavor, the bacon had zero flavor no smokiness. Smokey bacon and blue cheese compliment each other this failed to do so. Also the burger isnt that big for rhe price, again go to the burger joints in the city and see what you  get  for the same price.Fries were ok not crispy enough.Pistachio shake.... again was just ok! I liked his chipolti ketchup but his bobby flay burger sauce tastes horrible!! This place is geared for profits, Bobby Flay took a middle of the road approach and played it safe, his food at his other restaurants have edge and bold flavors this burger palace is not a reflection of that. I'm suprised to see the other posts deleted from this blog that basically had the same opnion of this place as i did. OH WELL!
