Paramus Volunteer Fire Departments Donate To the Blue Star Banner Project



Richard Laubsch, Larry Leib, Sean O'Reilly, Chris Hill, John Smith, Ray Aste, Craig Hopkins, and Tim Ferguson

The Paramus Volunteer Fire Department was the first to be recognized for their donation to the Blue Star Banner project honoring our military service men and women from Paramus on active duty.
Councilman Alan Brundage, Council Liaison to the Veterans Organizations presented The Blue Star Banner certificate of appreciation at the Mayor and Council public meeting Tuesday April 12, 2011.

 Councilman Brundage joined by Mayor LaBarbiera stated that each donor to the project will be recognized for their support of the project and our residents currently serving in the military. Councilman Brundage stated “How important it is to support our troops serving in the military and that that need to know who much we appreciate the sacrifice they are making on our behalf.
