Brooklyn Winery December 2011 Event Schedule


December:
12/9: Friday Night Music with Cyrille Aimée – The French jazz vocalist will perform American, French jazz, pop and R&B standards from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for no entry cost.
12/11: Park Slope Farmers’ Market – From 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on 5th Avenue and 4th St., guests can stop by for a tasting, to buy Brooklyn-made Riesling or answer any questions about wine or the winemaking process.
12/12: Mystery Mondays – From 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., guests can choose a wine flight of either white or red wine for $10 and have a blind wine tasting.

12/12: The $25 Wine Class: Australian Reds – Australian wine guru, Linda, will teach a fun, informal wine class from 8:00 p.m.to 9:00 p.m., that focuses on Australian red wines.
12/13: Trivia Night Tuesdays – From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., guests can test their knowledge of general trivial, entertainment, history, music and more to get the chance to win a $50 bar tab.
12/14: $20 Bottle Wednesdays – Select bottles of wine will be just $20 with a purchase of two food items from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
12/14: Roosevelt Dime: Wednesday Residency – This Brooklyn based five-piece band has become the resident band every Wednesday from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Their lazy Mississippi River steamboat sound blends banjo, washtub bass, percussion, trumpet and woodwinds, and has no entry fee.
12/15: Brooklyn Night Bazaar: Brooklyn Winery will be serving up wine at the Brooklyn Night Bazaar, this time festive mulled wine and sangria.
12/15: Flight Night Thursdays – From 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. the bar host will guide guests who order wine flights through a wine tasting journey, with a complimentary glass of wine.
12/16: Brooklyn Night Bazaar – Once again, Brooklyn Winery will be serving up wine at the Brooklyn Night Bazaar, this time festive mulled wine and sangria.
12/16: Friday Night Music with Everybody Trio – Swing by from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. to hear this trio’s playful approach to jazz with no cover charge.
12/17: Brooklyn Night Bazaar – Once again, Brooklyn Winery will be serving up wine at the Brooklyn Night Bazaar, this time festive mulled wine and sangria.

12/31: Annual New Year’s Eve event - Annual New Year’s Eve event – 1890’s French Soiree from 10:00pm to 2:00am. Tickets will go on sale 12/12 for an Early Bird price of $150, after 12/16 tickets will be $1200, and $250 at the door. Open bar, small bites and entertainment will be included.  

 
About Brooklyn Winery
Brooklyn Winery is a fully functioning urban winery and winemaking center in the Williamsburg neighborhood, with a beautifully appointed wine bar, a large courtyard, and several unique spaces that can be rented for private events, corporate meetings, film shoots, and more. The winery is in the process of making its own house wine and will release its first vintages beginning in June 2011.
