Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club Has A Successful International India Dinner
The veteran chefs presented delicious Pandora specialties, adductive Kababs, Bewitching Biryanis, captivating curries, very tasty vegetarian specialties and their signature dishes, impossibility tender lamb chops, Tandoori vegetables, and choice of healthy foods including tempting deserts made with splenda.
Among the food offered was: NEW BOMBAY GRILL’S SPECIAL NAAN Stuffed bread with dry fruits, TANDOORI ROTI Unleavened whole wheat bread LACHHA PARATHAA multi-layered whole wheat bread with melted butter and POORI Fluffy whole wheat bread; deep-fried, VEGETABLE BIRYANI Fresh Vegetables cooked with Basmati Rice,nuts and raisins, KASHMIRI PULLAO Saffron flavored Basmati Rice topped with green peas, raisins and cashew nuts, RASMALAI (2 PCS)Small cottage cheese patties flavored with cardamom, pistachios and rose water, GULAB JAMUNA light soft pastry balls made with milk And honey - served hot, MALAI KULFI Home made Indian ice cream and CHOICE OF EXOTIC ICE CREAMS Mango / Strawberry / Vanilla / Chocolate just to name a few of the many items on the menu!
It being a BYOB restaurant, they did serve a mango drink while we brought our own spirits and spirit. Our attendance age ranged from eighty eight years of age down to sixteen months. The food and companionship was so enticing that few people wanted to leave at the ten PM closing time.
