This year's Installation Dinner was held at The Assembly Steak House in Englewood Cliffs which was posh, but surprisingly affordable. It lived up to its name of elegance; the hors d'oeuvres were delicious and varied( no pigs in a blanket) and the sumptuous and pretty buffet satisfied our vegetarians as well as the gourmets.
