CLIFTON, N.J., November 30th, 2018 – It was another banner night for Clifton, N.J.-based Value Companies, Inc. during the 2018 New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) Annual Garden State Awards. The apartment owner and manager once again took home multiple awards at the gala event which was recently held at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch, N.J.
Four properties – 140 Mayhill and Saddle Brook Apartments in Saddle Brook, Dorchester Manor in New Milford and Arla Apartments in Nutley – took home awards for Excellence in Curb Appeal. Value Companies’ Gateways at Randolph was cited for Excellence in Property Management.
Value Companies skillful and experienced maintenance professionals honored as winners in the Maintenance Supervisor category included Wojciech Cebula, Jarek Halajko, Piotr Maj, Piotr Mroz, Szymon Jedryczka, Johnny Rodriguez and Thomas Zieba.
Judged by a panel of multifamily (apartment) industry experts from New Jersey and beyond, the celebrated achievements distinguish Value Companies as one of the most exceptional property managers in the state.
