To be honest, I didn’t know of the aged Asian ingredient until attending the Minnesota Garlic Festival last summer,” commented Wright. “We had the good fortune of having our booth right next to a local black garlic producer. It took just a few hours to see the potential of black garlic within our BBQ sauce line. It is now the most popular choice at our event appearances”.
The second new product launched this year, the Hickory Bourbon, is an all-American, with the tantalizing aroma and taste that only Bourbon Whiskey can provide. The Bourbon Whiskey is hand-crafted by the Journeyman Distillery in Michigan, USA.
