Dr. Fressola is a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University (M.A., M.Ed., and Ed.D.), Pace University (B.S.), and Misericordia Hospital School of Nursing (Diploma). In addition to Bergen Community College, she has also taught at Ramapo College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Kean University, and has been an educator and administrator at numerous area hospitals including: Bronx Municipal Hospital and St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan, and Memorial General Hospital in Union. She continues to work as an Emergency Trauma Nurse for the Hackensack University Medical Center.
Professor Zaucha is a graduate of Seton Hall University (M.S.N.), Jersey City State University (B.A.), and St. Francis School of Nursing (Diploma). Prior to her position at Bergen, she worked in a variety of capacities at St. Francis School of Nursing, including Director, Course Coordinator, and Instructor. She began her nursing career at St. Francis Hospital where she was a nurse in the Pediatrics department, ultimately becoming Head Nurse. Professor Zaucha is the treasurer of the St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association.
