The New Jersey office of CresaPartners LLC, the largest tenant representation firm in North America, announced today that ECC has signed a 4,610-square-foot lease at Raritan Plaza in Edison, N.J.
Raritan Plaza I is a 262,500-square-foot Class A office building located within Raritan Center, New Jersey’s largest business park. Raritan Plaza I is owned and occupied by Summit Associates, one of the two majority owners of Raritan Center.
ECC was founded in 1985 with a mission to support environmental programs for federal government agencies. The company competes against some of the world’s largest engineering, construction, design-build and environmental cleanup companies for projects including emergency response and hazardous waste treatment and removal, as well as transportation and disposal services.
“ECC needed a functional new office space to support its growing needs, and CresaPartners was able to negotiate a fair deal on its behalf to help the firm upgrade to a Class A property,” said Dennis Gralla, principal of CresaPartners’ New Jersey office.
James Scancarella and Dennis Gralla of CresaPartners represented ECC, while the landlord, Raritan Plaza I Association, LLP, a subsidiary of Summit Associates Inc., was represented by Warren Searles of Cassidy Turley.
The New Jersey office of CresaPartners has been rapidly expanding its capabilities since Giannone and Co-Managing Principal Ron Ganter took the helm of the division in early 2010. Since then, both existing and new corporate clients have benefitted from the usage of CresaPartners’ extensive national platform of corporate services, which has made it the premier tenant representation firm in North America. Its recent alliance with Savills, the international commercial real estate services firm, further sets the pace for the tenant representative’s continued growth within New Jersey and beyond.
