Garden State Harmonica Club Meeting Oct. 26th


The Garden State Harmonica Club monthly meeting will be held October 26, 2007 at 7:30 pm in the Main Hall of the Knights of Columbus, 105 Grove Avenue (off Maywood Avenue), Maywood, NJ. Business meetings are regularly on the 4th Friday of the month except in July and August when they are suspended.

DARE Carnival raised $60,000, Paramus Dare gets half


DARE Carnival
The DARE NJ Carnival, sponsored and hosted by Westfield Garden State Plaza this past May, raised a total of $60,000 for DARE NJ, the largest drug/violence prevention and safety program taught in NJ schools. Half of the proceeds ($30,000) will go directly to the Paramus DARE NJ program. This was the third successful year of the carnival, which has generated over $100,000 since 2005.

Board of Health Offers Flu and Pneumococcal Vaccinations


 Each year the Center for Disease Control issues recommendations for flu vaccine in hopes of preventing the serious complications that can follow influenza.

The Paramus Board of Health has announced that it will offer influenza and pneumococcal vaccinations to Senior Citizens 65 and over and adults suffering from chronic illnesses, according to John Hopper, Borough Health Officer.

NO MATTER WHAT IS THE RACE, CAST, CREED, OR TYPE OF ANY GENTRY ;
SAME IS THE BIOLOGY, SAME IS THE CHEMISTRY, THUS SAME IS THE SEX LIFE IN EVERY COUNTRY. 

Many new catchy and interesting theories on the subject of man-woman relations have recently been put up in the recent past. One such story like “Men Have Evolved To Fall For Younger Women” has recently caught appeared in the news columns of the world press. This latest theory is although quite interesting, and is also substantiated with some credible research data, but this is in no way end of the man-woman’s relationship episode.

Social Security expedites disability applications for America's wounded warriors

Men and women serving in the U.S. military who become disabled while on active duty are receiving ‘expedited processing’ of disability claims from Social Security. The expedited process is for military service members who were disabled on or after October 1, 2001, regardless of where the disability occurs. People in the military can apply for and receive benefits even while receiving military pay.
